Produced at Tequila Cascahuin in Jalisco, Mexico, Siembra Valles High Proof Tahona Blanco is made from single estate blue weber agave. The agave is cooked in stone and brick ovens, extracted with a tahona and fermented in open-air cement tanks. It is double distilled in stainless pot stills with copper coils, rested in glass and bottled at 49.5% ABV.
