Siembra Valles Tequila Añejo is produced at NOM 1123 in Los Valles, Jalisco, Mexico, using single estate blue weber agave. The agave is cooked in stone and brick ovens, extracted with a roller mill, and fermented with fibers in stainless steel tanks. Double distilled in stainless pot stills with copper coils, it is aged in American white oak barrels before bottling at 40% ABV.
