Los Danzantes Mezcal Reposado is made from espadín agave grown in the Valley and Sierra Norte region of Oaxaca. Produced by mezcal master Karina Abad Rojas, it is cooked in an underground conical wood-fired oven using white oak, milled with a horse-drawn stone mill and naturally fermented for six days in 800L wooden vats with native yeasts. It undergoes two discontinuous distillations in a 250L copper still, ages for nine months in American and French white oak barrels and is cut to 43% ABV.
