Old Dominick Straight Tennessee Whiskey is made with a mashbill of 75% corn, 13% rye and 12% malted barley, then aged for four years and bottled at 85 proof. It follows the legal requirements of bourbon but is produced in Tennessee and undergoes the Lincoln County Process, where the whiskey is filtered through sugar maple charcoal before barreling.
