Varnum Vintners Brut Zero Gold is a non-alcoholic sparkling wine made by Taralyn and Cyler Varnum at their winery in Amity, Oregon, in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA. It is a blend of grapes from old vines that underwent spontaneous fermentation and was aged on its lees in neutral French oak barrels, with alcohol removed via spinning-cone distillation. It retails for around $24.
