Nose:
Butterscotch, mole, char.

Taste:
More char, plus cinnamon, clove, sawdust, fudge, coffee grounds and some mint. A bit of a cherry/blackberry note emerges after a bit.

Finish:
Big, roasty coffee note plus barrel char, cinnamon, leather and some heat.

Overall:
A very nice, dark and powerful bourbon.
