Tamworth Garden XO Apple Brandy is made at Tamworth Distilling in Tamworth, New Hampshire. It uses heirloom Cortland apples from Carter Hill Apple Orchard in Concord, is double distilled in an alembic still in the style of Calvados and is aged at least 10 years in a French oak cask that previously held California Zinfandel. It is bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) and sells for about $95.
