Purity Vodka 51 Connoisseur Reserve is produced on the Ellinge Castle estate in Sweden using organic winter wheat and malted barley. It undergoes 51 distillations through a copper still system and is blended with column-distilled organic wheat spirit before being proofed with deionized water.
