This was really interesting and is probably my favorite OWA that Ive had before. The wheater profile in general is notoriously not my favorite, but this shone through that and I found it quite enjoyable.

House Review
Nose:
Caramel, honey, confectioners sugar, vanilla, cherries and some cinnamon. Certainly a bit sweeter for a OWA nose but definitely that nice, soft, wheater profile on the schnoz.
Taste:
Medium thickness, but there is some heat. Sweet oak, toffee, vanilla, nice body with a good deal of cinnamon red hots and cherry notes.
Finish:
Medium length, some heat but lots of sweet, oaky, caramel goodness. A bit of vanilla and a hint of cherry but richer caramel and drier than the palate.
Overall:
This was really interesting and is probably my favorite OWA that Ive had before. The wheater profile in general is notoriously not my favorite, but this shone through that and I found it quite enjoyable.
