Old New Orleans Cajun Spice Rum is made by Celebration Distillation, a New Orleans-based distillery founded in 1995 and housed in a 150-year-old cotton warehouse on Frenchmen Street. It is a blend of rums infused with seven spices including cayenne, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, clove and chicory, bottled at 40% ABV. The rum retails for around $23 to $34 for a 750ml bottle.
