Old Dominick Cask Strength Straight Bourbon Whiskey is produced at Old Dominick Distillery in Memphis, Tennessee, the city’s first legal whiskey distillery since Prohibition. Made from a high-rye mash bill of 52% corn, 44% rye and 4% malted barley, it is aged for six years in No. 4 char West Tennessee white oak barrels before being bottled uncut and unfiltered. Bottled at 123 proof (61.5% ABV), it typically retails for around $50.
