Neeley Family Distillery Small Batch is a Straight Bourbon Wheated Whiskey made at the Neeley Family Distillery in Sparta, Kentucky. It is blended from 34 twenty-five gallon barrels using a mash bill of 68% corn, 19% wheat and 13% malt, aged 5 years and bottled at 94 proof (47% ABV). It retails for around $80 for a 750ml bottle and is produced using traditional pot still distillation, sweet mash and open-top cypress fermentation.
