Mezcal Macurichos Coyote Salvaje is produced in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, Mexico, by the Martinez Sernas family using wild Coyote agave that grows for 9 years. The agave is cooked in stone ovens, crushed with a horse-drawn Chilean tahona, naturally fermented in oak vats and distilled in copper pot stills. It's bottled at 55% ABV from a limited production of 120 liters.
