House Review
Nose:
Bright, crisp, fruity. Lovely chemical quality, cotton candy, bell pepper, some jalapeno. Fun garlic note that gives way to bright fruits and some smoke.
Taste:
Powerful vegetal quality, some smoke and minerality. Sweet candy, fruits, a hint of cream, and confectioners sugar. Lovely in all the right ways.
Finish:
Long finish, loaded with fruits, a hint of jalapeno and tons of creamy sweetness. A hint of cocoa, perhaps, with some minerality and lovely complexity.
Overall:
Really great offering here, showing the sweet, complex, creamy side of Tep that drives me wild. Yum.
