Nose:
Pine, cedar, cream cheese frosting, toasted sesame oil, faint moss and a touch of clove.
Taste:
Thin to medium mouth feel. Bright, savory, effervescent. Pepper, soy, a hint of menthol and mintiness. Fresh rainwater, crisp. Faint wintergreen.
Finish:
Long, ashy finish. Sweet vanilla, rye bread, pepper and a rich earthiness.
