    Juicy, fresh orange peel and dried orange peel on the nose.

  • Taste:

    The palate is moderately bubbly and fruit-forward, with a balance of monk fruit sweetness and mild bitterness. Citrus leads the spritz profile, evoking diluted orange soda with notes of orange blossom and orange oil. The botanical character is soft and restrained, with subtle hints of pine, gentian root and wormwood.

  • Finish:

    The finish is short and sweet, with orange peel, marmalade and a touch of reishi earthiness. Lingering monk fruit sweetness on the exhale.

  • Overall:

    This nonalcoholic spritz alternative is citrusy sweet and drinkable, with a noticeable monk fruit character. It is best served over ice with a large orange wedge garnish.
