Lindores Abbey New Make Spirit Drink is an unaged single malt spirit produced at Lindores Abbey Distillery in Newburgh, Fife, in the Scottish Lowlands. The distillery uses 114-hour fermentations and a slow spirit cut running from 75–76% down to 66% ABV to develop a fruity, malty character. It is bottled at cask strength 63.5% ABV and sold in 200ml and 50ml bottles for around $22–$25 USD.
