iichiko Shinwa is a honkaku barley shochu made by Sanwa Shurui in Usa, Oita Prefecture, Japan. It is made through all-koji fermentation with 100% Nishinohoshi barley koji and uses a blend of vacuum and atmospheric distillation. It is bottled at 43% ABV and sells for around $35 to $50.
