Bottled by Holmes Cay in New York City, Single Origin Edition Fiji Rum is a blend of lightly aged molasses-based pot and column still rum from South Pacific Distilleries in Lautoka, Fiji. This limited edition release, selected by founder Eric Kaye in collaboration with the Rumcast podcast hosts, comprises just 2260 bottles.
