Heaven Hill Grain to Glass Kentucky Straight Wheated Bourbon 3rd Edition is a 2026 limited-release whiskey produced by Heaven Hill Distillery. Distilled in 2019 at the Bernheim Distillery in Louisville and aged six years in Warehouses W5 and W6 at the Cox's Creek rickhouse site, it is made from a mash bill of 52% Beck's 6269 corn, 35% wheat and 13% malted barley, with all grains sourced from Peterson Farms in Nelson County, Kentucky. It is bottled non-chill filtered at barrel proof, 107.8 proof (53.9% ABV), and carries a suggested retail price of $99.99 for a 700 mL bottle.

  • Nose:

    The nose is clearly Wheated and has some real weight to it. There’s a big bready/pretzel note, plus cherries, white chocolate, cola and fondant.

  • Taste:

    The palate has a syrupy viscosity and sweetness to it, leading with big time cola, plus almond and brown sugar, and then moves into cinnamon, clove and nutmeg plus a bit of oak char and lemon peel.

  • Finish:

    The finish is long, opening with a mix of cocoa powder and cola before entering a profile of whole wheat toast slathered in honey.

  • Overall:

    A syrupy sweet bourbon that delivers in terms of viscosity and flavor. It’s not the most complex pour in the world, but it’s very good bourbon.
