Gaspard de M Single Estate Distiller's Cut comes from the Casterade house, established in 1832. The spirit is distilled from Ugni Blanc and Colombard grapes in traditional Armagnac alambic stills, then aged for 3 years in new 400 liter Gascon black oak barrels before being moved to used barrels for finishing. It's bottled at 45.3% ABV and typically sells for around $49-55.
