Foursquare Penultimus ECS Mark XXX is a 15-year-old single blended rum produced at Foursquare Rum Distillery in St. Philip, Barbados. It combines pot still and Coffey column still rums distilled from molasses, aged for 10 years in ex-bourbon barrels before a five-year finish in Spanish Moscatel wine casks. This is the first use of Moscatel casks in the Exceptional Cask Selection series. Bottled unfiltered at 57% ABV with no added sugar, colorants or flavorings, it typically retails for around $190.
