Four Roses Experimental Series No. 002 Honey Cask Finish is a Kentucky straight bourbon made by Four Roses Distillery in Lawrenceburg. It blends 6, 7 and 8 year old bourbons from the OESQ and OBSK recipes, then finishes them for 3 to 9 months in barrels that previously held Four Roses Bourbon Barrel Aged Honey. It's bottled at 52% ABV in a 375ml format and sells for $55 at the distillery and the Cox's Creek Visitor Center.
