FAIR Belize Rum XO is a molasses-based aged rum produced at Traveller's Liquors in Belize using Fairtrade-certified sugarcane sourced from a cooperative of 6,000 independent farmers. It is distilled via single-column still, aged 4 to 6 years in bourbon barrels, then shipped to France for bottling. It is bottled at 40% ABV and retails for around $52-$60.
