Dry Wit Bruce is a non-alcoholic wine alternative made by Dry Wit, a Minneapolis, Minnesota company founded by Megan Dayton and Peder Schweigert. It is built on a verjus base and slow-brewed with whole botanicals, delivering peppery ripe fruit notes of pomegranate, raspberries and rhubarb, per the brand. It contains no added sugar, no fermentation and no residual alcohol, and retails for around $30 for a 750ml bottle.
