Dingle Vodka is made at the Dingle Distillery on the west coast of County Kerry, Ireland. It starts as grain alcohol and is redistilled a final time in the distillery's copper pot still, nicknamed Oisin, in small 500-liter batches. It is bottled at 40% ABV and typically sells for around $40 to $50 for a 750ml bottle.
The palate is quite sweet, with buttery brioche notes and caramel sauce, followed by a lightly medicinal astringency — a bit of a relief after the somewhat sugary buildup.
