Produced in Jarnac, France, Courvoisier VS Cognac is a blend of eaux-de-vie from grapes sourced in the Fins Bois and Petite Champagne crus, aged for three to seven years. Brand tasting notes include ripe fruit and spring flowers. A bottle typically retails for around $23.

Courvoisier Cognac is made from grapes in Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies, and Fins Bois. Grapes are harvested, pressed, and fermented into wine, then double distilled in small pot stills. Only the “heart” of the distillate is used. The cognac is aged in French oak barrels, crafted for balance of vanilla, spice, and body, under the supervision of the Chief Blender
