Concullin Irish Gin is produced by the Connacht Whiskey Company in County Mayo, Ireland. The gin is made with water sourced from two local lakes, Conn and Collin, and features botanicals including juniper, elderberry flower and hawthorn berry. Master distiller Robert Cassell oversees production. The gin is bottled at 47% ABV in a clear, elongated bottle with a shield-style label reflecting Irish heritage. It retails for approximately €40–50 ($43–54 USD).

  • The palate is more bitter than the aroma might let on as anise and orris root play a large role. Though fret not, fresh juniper and elderberry tea are at the center of it all.
