  • The palate is light, sweet, and airy, yielding lemon cupcake, candied orange, powdered doughnut, and a drizzle of honey. The finish doesn’t break any new ground—it’s straightforward in its sugary sweetness.

  • This one relies less on the fruitiness of grain and is more a story direct from the wood. Tastes of glazed donuts are present, as well as almond butter, snickerdoodles, and a pleasant toasted wheat bread finish that pairs perfectly with the minuscule presence of heat that activates with each gulp.

  • Overall it's an easygoing and approachable sipper, offering acute tweaks to what you’d expect from a typical straight bourbon.
