Really lovely, rich nose full of chocolate covered cherries, toffee, caramel and sugarcane.
The palate is light yet oily in viscosity and delivers a splendid, uber-rich chocolate cake note, which pairs with cherries, licorice, saltwater taffy, cinnamon and a bit of espresso and a sprig of mint.
The finish opens with a nice dark chocolate-coffee profile, followed by cinnamon, nutmeg, chicory and fudge, plus a bit of tobacco.
A decadent, lovely bourbon proofed at an accessible point. It’s not the most complex pour in the world, but Lovers of coffee, chocolate and cherry flavor profiles will adore this. It’s fantastic bourbon.
