Bring a little tropical heat to your glass with the Pineapple Express, a smoky-sweet cocktail featuring Pocho Fino Grilled Pineapple Tequila, bright citrus, and just the right kick of jalapeño.
Instructions
- Lightly muddle jalapeño in a shaker (optional).
- Add all ingredients, add ice and shake hard.
- Double strain over a large cube in rocks glass.
- Garnish with grilled pineapple wedge.
