Distilled in Vaughan, Ontario, at Last Straw Distillery, Mandakini Malabari 65 is an unaged spirit made from sugarcane extract. The spirit is long-fermented, pot-distilled and bottled at 130 proof. It draws influences from Kerala’s 400-year-old toddy-making traditions and the botanical heritage of Hortus Malabaricus, a 17th-century treatise on the region’s flora.
