  • A lengthy finish starts with heat, then fades into oak, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add a touch of water to reveal a sweeter side, with rich dulce de leche, baking spices, and toasted whole grain bread.

House Review
  • Nose:

    Apple pie, cedar, pecan, brown sugar and oak. Sweet, a bit of char, lots of sweet wood and fruits.

  • Taste:

    Oaky and rich on the palate, viscous and syrupy. The proof is doing serious work here - for the better. Satisfying texture and mouthfeel, without big, perceivable, heat.

  • Finish:

    Long finish, tons of cocoa, brown sugar, clove and angostura bitters. Satisfying balance of sweet, wood forward, fruit and some savory character to balance.

  • Overall:

    Another impressive bottling from Still Austin, the direction they are taking continues to be encouraging, downright exciting and of course: delicious.
