Nose:
Smoky nose — full of campfire smoke and mesquite, plus lime.

Taste:
Flavorful palate. Plenty of smoke and lots of aperitif/alpine influence with big licorice and lots of spice and herbaceous character.

Finish:
The finish is a nice balance of aperitif, mezcal and lime.

Overall:
This is a very nice ready-to-drink cocktail. It’s savory and really enjoyable to sip. I wish it was a touch softer on the herbaceous character from the alpine and aperitif — I could use a bit more mezcal and lime — but it’s really good nevertheless.
