Velier Flag Series Cambodia 8 Year 2016 is a rum produced in Cambodia at Samai Distillery. It is distilled from molasses made from sugar cane grown in the Koh Kong province using a copper pot still. The rum aged for 5 years in Cambodia and 3 years in Europe in ex-bourbon casks before being bottled at cask strength with an ABV of 48.7%. This release is a collaboration between Velier and Samai Distillery.

- I am very impressed with this rum. I wasn’t sure what I was going to get but this is a very well composed, delicious rum. The spices are up front and mix with the fruits very well. A touch of vanilla sweetness brings it all together. What a great offering.
