  • Pendleton 1910 drinks a bit thin at 90 proof, but it's a really nice bourbon and by far my favorite expression in the Pendleton portfolio.

  • Nose:

Bright, sweet and fruit-forward nose. This is by far the most expressive nose in the Pendleton portfolio. Jammy strawberry, cherry candies and red apple build around a core of butterscotch.

  • Taste:

Moderate mouthfeel. The apple and cherry candy notes from the nose return here, joined by gentle oak and toasted marshmallow.

  • Finish:

White frosting, oak and barrel char, plus butterscotch.

  • Overall:

Pendleton 1910 drinks a bit thin at 90 proof, but it's a really nice bourbon and by far my favorite expression in the Pendleton portfolio. It's just really solid and tasty and has a little more "oomph" than the rest of the portfolio.
