This is a fantastic overproof rum and a great alternative to some of the more well known options on the market. The fruity aromas and sweet flavors push the high ABV out of the spotlight. The Haitian sugarcane juice is the star of this overproof rum.

House Review

Nose:
Vegetal notes of sugarcane combine with fruity notes of green banana, mango and citrus with a touch of fresh lemongrass. It's light grassy fragrance and heavy hits of tropical fruits transport to a tropical oasis.
Taste:
It opens with wave of fresh pressed sugarcane juice and dried pineapple. A light spice tingles on the tongue. For it's proof the ethanol is thoroughly tamed into the background.
Finish:
A clean, sweet finish with notes of sweetgrass and macadamia.
Overall:
