Suncliffe Dry Gin is crafted in Arizona from three native juniper varieties (one-seed, shaggy and alligator) and wild-foraged botanicals such as manzanita, western elderflower and ponderosa pine bark. The gin is vapor-infused in custom copper stills and non-chill filtered. Suncliffe, a woman- and LGBTQ-owned business, supports local communities by donating all online store proceeds to DigDeep's Navajo Water Project, a nonprofit providing water access to families on the Navajo Nation.

  • Nose:

On the nose, Suncliffe offers familiar gin notes of crushed juniper berry, dried citrus peel and pine needles, which is joined by juicy brushes of green apple candy, lychee and pear.

  • Taste:

The palate begins with lively juniper, shiso leaves, elderflower and toasted wood. This gin is smooooth, with whispers of ash, rosemary and sage sneaking in on the midpalate.

  • Finish:

The finish is moderately dry, vegetal and spicy with suggestions of coriander, fresh chilies and pink peppercorn.

  • Overall:

A lovely peppery gin with a unique desert influence and three varieties of juniper (you just don't see that every day!). Try Suncliffe in savory or citrus-forward cocktails like a filthy martini, Gibson, Salty Dog or Corpse Reviver No. 2.
