Fósforo Mezcal Tobalá Penca is produced by mezcalero Aarón Alva Sánchez in San Nicolás Huajuapan, Puebla, using eight- to 15-year-old tobalá agave. It is then aged for one to three months in glass with agave leaves ("penca"). The brand was founded by "Mad Money" host Jim Cramer.
