Mezcal Sacrificio Añejo is made with espadín and barril agaves in Tlacolula, Oaxaca, Mexico. The agave is roasted with mesquite and ocote pine, naturally fermented and double-distilled in steel and copper. The mezcal is aged for one year in untoasted French oak barrels before bottling.
