Mezcal Sacrificio Reposado is made with espadín agave in Tlacolula, Oaxaca, Mexico. The agave is roasted with mesquite and ocote pine, naturally fermented and double-distilled in steel and copper. Before bottling, it is aged for three months in untoasted French oak barrels that held brandy.
