Laird's Applejack, also known as "America’s First Spirit," has been produced by the Laird family in New Jersey since 1698. In 1972, to meet demand for lighter spirits, the Laird family introduced the blended applejack category. This 80-proof spirit is made from a blend of apple brandy and neutral grain spirits.
