Wonderbird Spirits No. 61 Gin is made from jasmine rice grown in the Mississippi Delta. The botanicals — juniper, coriander, angelica root, fresh Meyer lemon peel, black Tellicherry peppercorn, lemongrass, rosemary, bay leaf, red clover and southern pine needles — are vapor distilled individually. This gin is produced using a method inspired by traditional sake-making.
