Watershed Distillery Four Peel Gin, made in Columbus, Ohio, is distilled from corn and fruit. It includes botanicals such as juniper, cassia, Jamaica pepper, coriander and four types of citrus peels: grapefruit, orange, lemon and lime.
The palate is light and equally floral, though here the juniper comes across as a bit harsh, clashing with some of the citrus peel notes, which arrive as somewhat bitter as the palate develops.
