Fainting Goat Spirits, based in downtown Greensboro, North Carolina, crafts Emulsion New American Gin using the distillery's own organic red winter wheat-based vodka as the base. It's infused with 13 botanicals, including juniper, grains of paradise, cardamom, orange peel and lemongrass.
It tastes like three totally different gins were indeed blended together here, and that is entirely too broad a brush to paint with. Back to the drawing board for this one.
