UV Vodka, produced by Phillips Distilling in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is made from yellow corn. It is distilled four times and filtered with activated carbon. This unflavored expression is also sometimes called Silver on the label.
The palate entry introduces a sweeter reflection of the grain-fiber-paper character; the midpalate adds bittersweet flavors of cocoa, coffee bean, sugar and sap. Concludes with a note of spirity warmth.
