Desert Door Back Burn Conservation Series is the first release in a series focused on conservation practices, featuring sotol made from charred desert spoon plants. It's a collaboration between Desert Door, the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and 7 Oaks Ranch. The sotol plant is native to Texas but faces challenges from invasive species, which prescribed fires help control. Back Burn sotol is a tribute to these conservation efforts.
