Père Labat Single Cask Rhum Vieux Agricole is distilled on the island of Marie-Galante, part of Guadeloupe, by Distillerie Poisson, which has been producing rum since the early 1900s, using fresh-pressed, locally grown sugarcane. This rare expression is aged for 12 years in an American oak barrel and limited to 300 bottles.
