House Review
Nose:
Sweet sweet cream, confectioners sugar, pineapple and mango. Star fruit, light pepper. Bright, fruity, loads of character.
Taste:
Sweet and funky - lots of mango, pepper, pineapple and apple. Heat grows over time but it well behaved. Excellent mouth feel. Mildly sour over time with some agave stank, vinegar and then a rebound to sweet fruits and pepper.
Finish:
Long, loaded with pepper, clay, brisket meatiness, fruits and cotton candy. Bright, fruity then sweet then savory.
Overall:
Magnificent. Everything about this is hitting just right, which is shocking given the pice. I love this.
Score:
92
