  • Nose:

    Cream cheese frosting, fresh lemon and pine. Faint vegetable, but nothing pungent. No ethanol.

  • Taste:

    Sweet vanilla cream, cracked pepper and light clay presence. Honey, faint ash. Nice mouth feel. Super creamy and rich.

  • Finish:

    Long, rich and filled with pepper, clay, lemons, cream and a nice cream cheese frosting note.

  • Overall:

    Really impressive release here. Big fan.
